R10Creations and Clay and Octopus

I have an extensive history with clay as a medium but have lost some love for it. Having said that I do still love the mud and have recently discovered Sculpey Premo!. This media is completely different from the clay that I have had the history with, you don't have to fire it, you can bake it. It doesn't slump or crack, you don't glaze it, and I can put my mediocre painting skills to use. I also like to paint minis and this is going to be put to good use if I continue with the ideas I have been working on.

This is a first test for a medallion with my Sculpey Premo! and paint.
Its about 3"x2"

I am extremely focused on finishing my first comic within the next 6 weeks, so you will probably not see a bunch of this type of work but it is out there... lurking...

Steampunk Meetings and Steam Carriers

Got to meet with the Steampunk Society of Nebraska and they are great! The turn out was fantastic and every one was very friendly and welcoming. Definitely excited to get to more events and meetings.

I will make sure to post events and places that you can get involved yourself if you wish.

This is a print that I did a while back that needs a little viewing love, This is a Steam Carrier, suited to carry a fleet of dirigibles any where on the water.

This is on a run of 100 prints and is available for $20 a print. The print size is about 7x16 and is on acid free paper with acid free inks.

Third Rail Promo

Well I have finally decided on a title for my story, I will call it The Third Rail.
As the story move along it will become more apparent why this is the title but for now I will simply say that  as easily as the third rail can give life it will also take it away.

The interiors of my book will be black and white and the covers I will continue to use the sepia tone pallet

Comissions

I have had several people ask me about what I have done comission wise
lately and this is the latest of those.

This was a inspirational poster that I did for a friends husband.
Which by the way has a comic out called The Culling and
is available here: http://omugcomics.com/

I am open to about anything for a comission.
Just send me a message and I will get back to you.

Ikkicon! I have returned!

Well I have been there and back again and I feel that I am a better person because of it. It was really fun and an amazing dynamic to be a part of. I am fully committed to putting the steam on and hitting the throttle to do more and more Cons!

I was able to meet great artists and make new friends and see people in person that I would not have otherwise.

This was toward the end of the convention when I was able to sneak onto the neighbors table after they did not show for the last day.

A few bookmarks that I worked on while I was working my table.

A few images from my wonderful camera of all the awesome participants!

The whole weekend there was only one casualty...

Nope the tofu plush made it to safety.

Unfortunately this man was never seen again...

Well now I rest and draw, draw, draw.
